Our web-based software makes it easier than ever to set up a social network for your Alumni Group. All of the features listed below are accessible from one screen, making this an easy-to-use, feature packed solution for alumni coordinators.
Groups - This is where you, the alumni coordinator, set up your alumni group. Set the group name, type, logo, and reminder email/text message timing from this page.
Active Groups - These are the groups that have events scheduled. The Active Groups summary page gives you a quick snapshot of your alumni group(s) and when your next event will be.
Calendar - A calendar of events, created by the alumni coordinator, works with an event location manager to make an easy system for adding new events and meeting places. This screen also allows viewing of the group's schedule at a glance.
Members - Your alumni group's membership is managed in this section. Add or approve members, manage any dues or payments, and view the alumni member's detailed information all on one screen!
Communicate - Our powerful email and text messaging tools are simple to use and are also available on our mobile platform (useful if you want to be able to view events and send messages to everyone on your team from your PDA or web-enabled phone).
Forum - Encourage online communication between alumni members.
Projects - Manage your projects, from fund raising to community service to planning big events, you'll always know what's going on.
Surveys - Build web-based surveys to get feedback from your alumni.
Media - A central location for alumni group members to upload and store files, pictures, and video. The alumni coordinator decides where files are stored and who has permission to access them. Permission can be granted to alumni group members, registered observers or the general public.
Website - Take advantage of the customizable public website that comes with every alumni group. The alumni coordinator controls what is shown on the website. Options include calendar, alumni group member information, public news and comments.
Storefront - Sell items and receive donations with our integrated store manager. Categorize what you want to sell, set sales goals, and analyze reports all in one convenient location. Store setup is usually done in under 5 minutes.
